OUR BAGELS

We love our stuffed bagels! That’s our passion. To make a great bagel breakfast you need a tried-and-true recipe, careful execution, and drive.

We may put a modern twist on the classic bagel, but we prepare our bagels the traditional way. They are boiled and baked, just as when my grandfather was growing up in Brooklyn.

We then handcraft our own cream cheeses using fresh and local ingredients to create fillings that are second to none.

Our Story

WAYYYY back in 2016 before Pops Bakery and before Pops Bagels there was just an idea to make stuffed bagel holes. We started in 2016 selling at farmers markets in Washington D.C. under the name B-holes. We quickly learned we shouldn’t have that name and became Poppy’s Stuffed Bagels. We now sell in grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants all around the country.
